Gear wear is unavoidable and results in vibrations decreased performance a planetary gear system. In this work, the phenomenon of teeth surface dynamic responses mechanism are investigated through computational methodology. Dynamic presented by considering effects. First, model dynamics established nonlinear stiffness friction surfaces. The then based on Archard’s model. Further, coupling between characteristics Finally, numerical investigation conducted. simulation reveal severe sun planet gears. depth meshing vibration exhibit prominent characteristics. low-order resonance frequency becomes more marked as mesh times increase.
